soap

I just put in my third order of soap bars at SOaP7, a small company situated in Zuidlaren (provence Drenthe, Holland). She, Margot, produces handmade natural soap. All natural ingrediants; no preservatives; no additional synthetic flavors, colors, fragrances, no foam enhancers. It is such a treat to get her packages delivered at my house.

I came across SOaP7 in my search for something that wouldn't make my skin curl up after a shower. Natural soap appeals to me because it should not distrube the normal balance of your skin. (Plus I am no fan of mint fragrances, that overpowering idea of being fresh that we all seem to buy into. Don't like it in toothpaste, chewing gum, or men's shower gel.)

More expansive, but really great: Gamila Secret. I read about it in the magazine Happinez and then found it at my hair dresser Christie's (Den Haag). My dear husband bought it for me, making my hair dresser sigh that I had a caring man.
