There are many good fish restaurants around the world. Mine is Las Palmas in Rotterdam. Run by Herman den Blijker and his partner; they know their fish. Nothing else to say, excellent.Oh, I will buy the waterjug they use to serve the bouillabaisse in, made by the Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles (Royal Delft).
